The Project Manager oversees construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, including planning schedules, budgets, and resources.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met and work complies with safety and quality standards.

The role involves monitoring progress, resolving issues, managing documentation, and conducting regular site visits and inspections.

The Project Manager also supports procurement and logistics, prepares status reports, and contributes to continuous improvement of project delivery processes.\n Qualifications\n \n\n Strong project management skills, including experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing construction projects.\n Experience with expediting and expeditor responsibilities, ensuring materials, equipment, and approvals are obtained on time.\n Inspection and quality control skills to verify compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards.\n Logistics management skills to coordinate deliveries, site resources, and workflow across multiple stakeholders.\n Knowledge of design-build and construction management practices and general contracting processes.\n Effective communication and collaboration skills with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and field staff.\n Ability to work on-site in Morris, IL, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions under time constraints.\n Proficiency with project management software and basic office productivity tools.\n Relevant education in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n Familiarity with OSHA and other applicable safety regulations; prior experience in commercial or industrial construction is a plus.\n
