Operations & Project Assistant Intern Position Description: \n Meucci & Company (Meucci) is a consultancy focused on the transformative power of digital development and the future of work.

The company's programmatic work includes business technology and computer science education, game-based learning and adult digital skilling and AI Literacy and Generative AI policy adoption.

We bring expertise in training and capacity building; and human centered design, monitoring and adaptive learning, stakeholder relations.

Meucci brings over 20 years’ experience leading digital development projects in partnership with corporations, federal, state and local government agencies, K-12 and higher education institutions and DoD.

\n \n Meucci is seeking a highly organized, initiative-taker to support our team as the Operations & Project Assistant Intern.

This is a part-time position, and preference will be given to candidates who can commit from October through July 1st.

This role is ideal for a motivated college student or early career professional who is looking for an opportunity to learn in an agile consulting firm environment.

Successful applicants must meet the requirements outlined in the qualifications section below.\n \n As part of the internship experience, the intern will have an opportunity to develop and complete an independent project aligned with their aligned professional interests.

Meucci will provide guidance, resources, and mentorship throughout the process.\n \n Key Responsibilities\n \n 1.

Program Operations & Systems Support\n\n Maintain knowledge sharing files\n Assist with scheduling, task coordination, and workflow management\n Build data and information trackers\n\n \n 2.

Research Support\n\n Conduct targeted due-diligence research to support BD and programmatic insights\n Draft due-diligence research summaries\n Data collection, data entry and data management support\n\n \n 3.

Program Narrative Development\n\n Provide light drafting support for program narratives and marketing communications narratives\n\n \n 4.

Production & Visual Development\n\n Proof and format Word and PowerPoint Documents\n Produce visual materials including charts, graphs, tables, and infographics for reports, dashboards, and presentations\n Format text, organize content, and ensure clarity and consistency across deliverables\n\n \n Position Qualifications \n\n Senior-year college student pursuing a bachelor's degree; or recent graduate\n Strong writing and critical thinking skills\n Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\n Experience in research and/or program monitoring and evaluation environments a plus!\n Excellent organizational and time-management skills\n Excellent verbal communication skills\n Creative and innovative thinker, eagerness to learn\n Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail \n\n \n Flexible Part Time Work Hours: Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am – 5pm.

\n Compensation: $18 an hour \n Working Requirements: Onsite (in-person) Office in Downtown Washington, D.C., Dupont Circle and Farragut North Metro Accessible
