The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team of approximately 10 recruiters serving a portfolio of enterprise and Fortune 100 clients. This role serves as the critical liaison between the sales team, executive team, and the recruiting team, translating business priorities into recruiting action and ensuring all three groups stay aligned as needs evolve. You're the person who knows where every pipeline stands, why a role isn't filling, and exactly how to fix it. You build people up, hold the bar high, and make sure the team delivers.
This role is open to applicants in India, Mexico and South America, Eastern Europe, and the Philippines
What You'll Do
Team Leadership and Development
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10+ recruiters working across enterprise and Fortune 100 client accounts
Build a coach-first culture grounded in accountability, quality, and continuous improvement
Set clear performance expectations and hold regular check-ins to support recruiter development and pipeline visibility
Onboard new team members and create structured ramp plans to accelerate time to productivity
Recruiting Execution and Performance
Oversee day-to-day recruiting activity, ensuring consistent urgency and quality across all open requisitions
Monitor KPIs including submittal volume, interview conversion, offer acceptance, and fill rates
Identify and address pipeline gaps before they affect client delivery
Drive best practices across sourcing, screening, candidate presentation, and offer management
Reporting and Analytics
Own team performance dashboards and report out to leadership regularly
Use data to identify trends, flag issues, and support workforce planning conversations
Support workforce planning and headcount forecasting with data-driven visibility
Cross-Functional Liaison and Client Partnership
Bridge sales, leadership, and recruiting- translating new business and client priorities into clear recruiting direction
Partner with sales on role intake and ensure the team is aligned on what to prioritize
Serve as a client-facing contact for recruiting updates, interview coordination, and candidate status
Process and Strategy
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, tools, and team processes
Contribute to recruiting playbooks, SOPs, and strategic initiatives around team growth and service delivery
What We're Looking For
Experience
7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 4 years in a team lead or management capacity
Background in IT staffing, technical recruiting
Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise clients across complex, multi-requisition engagements
Familiarity with a broad range of IT disciplines
Skills and Competencies
Strong coaching instincts with a track record of developing recruiters
Data-fluent, comfortable building and interpreting recruiting metrics and presenting findings to leadership
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing demands across a high-volume team
Clear, professional communicator with polished client-facing skills
Proficiency with ATS platforms and standard recruiting tools
Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment while maintaining high standards for quality and candidate experience
