CLASS START DATES AND PAY

October 5 — $16.00/hr — Travel and vacation support

October 6 — $17.00/hr — Healthcare support — BILINGUAL English/Spanish required

October 13 — $14.50/hr — Financial technology, fraud support

October 19 — $14.00/hr — Banking and financial services

November 2 — $14.50/hr — Financial technology, general support

Classes fill fast. Apply early for the date you want.

Your certification class is paid at $7.50 an hour. You must pass the class to move on to taking live calls.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Take inbound calls from customers from your home office. Answer questions and help people solve problems.

BONUSES

$100 when you finish your class and start taking live calls

$50 after 30 days

$50 after 60 days

$50 every quarter for staying active

$50 for each person you refer who finishes class and works 30 days

$100 for each experienced agent you refer who transfers over and works 30 days

WHERE YOU MUST LIVE

You must live in the United States and work from your home in one of these states:

Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming

You must work from inside the United States at all times. You cannot work from another country, even while traveling or on vacation.

If you live outside the U.S., or you are a U.S. citizen living abroad, or your state is not on the list above, we cannot move forward with your application.

You must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

WHAT YOU NEED

Computer

- Windows 11 desktop or laptop, genuine licensed and fully updated

- No Chromebooks, Macs, tablets, netbooks or phones

- No Microsoft Surface or other ARM-based computers

- Intel i3-9000, i5-7000, i7-5000 or i9 or better, Pentium G5400/N6400 or better, Celeron J4000/N5000 or better, AMD Ryzen 3 or better, Athlon 3000 or better

- 4GB RAM minimum, 8GB better

- 60GB total drive space with 20GB free

- Monitor at 1280 x 1024 or higher, and a USB 3.0 port

- Some programs need two monitors

Internet

- Must plug into your router with an ethernet cable. Wi-Fi will not work.

- 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload minimum. Test free at speedtest.net.

- No satellite, 5G home internet, hotspots or USB modems

- No VPNs or proxy services

Equipment

- Hardwired USB headset with phone quality audio

- Hardwired keyboard and mouse

- A smartphone with a working camera, for security verification only. Phones cannot be used for class or calls.

- Some programs also need a hardwired home phone

Other

- Quiet place to work with no background noise

- Background check required. We pay for it.

HOW THIS WORKS

This is a contract position. You are paid as an independent contractor (1099), not an employee. Every program starts with a certification class, paid at $7.50 an hour. You must pass the class before you start taking live calls. Once you pass, you are paid at the hourly rate listed for your program. We go over all the details on your first call with you.
