Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Shift: 2nd shift, 4:30 PM–12:30 AM

On-call: Rotating weekends

Pay: $27–$35/hr, with the sweet spot at $29–$30/hr

Bonus: Monthly production bonus averaging roughly +$1/hr on top of base wage.

What we actually need

Think general Industrial Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Mechanic with electrical ability — not an automation guru or master electrician.

The candidate should have:

General industrial maintenance experience

Experience with basic high-voltage motors

Enough electrical troubleshooting ability to handle routine issues

Strong basic mechanical maintenance

Ability to replace/swap gearboxes

Ability to replace conveyor belts / troubleshoot conveyors

Experience performing preventive maintenance (PMs)

Ability to independently troubleshoot breakdowns and keep production running

Comfortable working 2nd shift + rotating weekend on-call
