Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to maintain and repair industrial manufacturing equipment. This position is located near the McComb area and are looking for people to add to the team!

Qualifications:

Strong mechanical aptitude with experience working on industrial machinery and equipment.

Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems using a multimeter, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Have past experience with three-phase motors, sensors, pumps, PLC I/O, conveyors, bearings, and lift systems.

Ability to work safely and effectively in a hot, dirty, fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on corrugators, printing presses, conveyors, stackers, and other box-making equipment.

Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V, including motors, sensors, pumps, wiring, and PLC I/O signals.

Repair and maintain chains, belts, drives, bearings, rollers, couplings, pumps, seals, and valves, including alignment of rollers and lift systems.

Being able to perform both preventative and reactive maintenance.
