As the Weekend Supervisor, you will oversee nursing operations during your shift, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as a resource for staff, residents, and families.Schedule

Weekend Schedule

12-hour shifts

Day Shift and/or Night Shift opportunities available

Consistent weekend hoursKey Responsibilities

Oversee nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care throughout the shift

Perform assessments, medication administration, treatments, and documentation as needed

Supervise and support CNAs, LPNs, and RNs

Respond to changes in resident condition and communicate with physicians and families

Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations

Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordinationQualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina RN license

Current CPR certification

Previous supervisory and long-term care experience preferredSkills & Qualifications

Strong clinical and leadership skills

Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
