Compensation: $200,000–$400,000 annually

Position Overview

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning

Perform restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and simple extractions

Educate patients on treatment options and preventative oral health care

Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide an outstanding patient experience

Uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient care

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

Active Texas dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for delivering exceptional patient care

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
