Location: Decatur, AL

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000/year (DOE)

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a single high-volume location for a large multi-unit franchise organization operating a well-known national casual dining brand across the Southeast. This is a full P&L leadership role with accountability for sales, profitability, guest experience, and team development.

The ideal candidate has prior general management experience in full-service or casual dining, is comfortable operating within a defined brand system, and leads from the floor while holding the team to consistent standards.

Key Responsibilities

Own overall restaurant performance, including sales, profitability, and P&L results.

Lead and develop the salaried management team across front-of-house and back-of-house.

Drive guest satisfaction scores and hold the team accountable to brand service standards.

Recruit, onboard, train, and retain managers and hourly team members.

Manage labor, food cost, beverage cost, inventory, and controllable expenses to budget.

Ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety codes, and labor regulations.

Execute brand promotions, LTOs, and operational rollouts on schedule.

Review daily and weekly reporting and build action plans to close performance gaps.

Maintain facility standards, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep.

Build a positive, accountable culture with strong retention and internal bench strength.
