The Job

We're looking for a handyman who wants more than a handyman job. You'll handle repair and punch-list work now, and grow into full remodeling — tile, drywall, trim, bathroom and home renovation — as you prove yourself. This is a role with a ceiling as high as you want to push it.What You'll Do

Handle general handyman work: repairs, punch lists, minor carpentry, drywall patches, paint touch-ups, fixture installs.

Work alongside our lead carpenter on remodel jobs to build skills beyond handyman work.

Read basic plans and follow instructions from the lead on each job.

Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.

Keep job sites clean and organized. Load and unload the truck.

Take on more responsibility and harder tasks as your skills grow.Where This Goes

Existing handyman skills: basic carpentry, drywall patching, paint, fixture repair/install.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Physically able to lift 75+ lbs, stand, kneel, and work on your feet all day.

Show up on time, every day. This is the biggest thing we're hiring for.

Hungry to learn. Willing to take direction and grow past handyman work.
