This position is for our late-night kitchen shift.

Sunday–Wednesday: 9:00 PM–2:30 AM

Thursday–Saturday: 9:00 PM–4:30 AM

Must be available to work 5 days per week.

Weekend and late-night availability is required.Responsibilities

Lead and supervise crew members during assigned shifts.

Assign positions and tasks to ensure smooth kitchen and front-counter operations.

Provide friendly and professional customer service.

Monitor food quality, portioning, preparation times, and order accuracy.

Ensure wings, tenders, fries, sandwiches, and other menu items are prepared according to Atomic Wings standards.

Assist with cooking, frying, food preparation, cashier duties, and order packaging when needed.

Keep the team organized and productive during busy periods.

Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.

Monitor cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, counters, restrooms, and other work areas.

Ensure employees follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.

Make sure opening, shift-change, and closing duties are completed correctly.

Monitor inventory levels and notify management when products or supplies are running low.

Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries.

Ensure fryers and other kitchen equipment are operated and cleaned safely.

Train and support new crew members.

Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

Report employee, equipment, food safety, or operational issues to management.

Follow all Atomic Wings policies and procedures.Qualifications

Previous restaurant or food-service experience preferred.

Previous shift lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to lead a team while also working alongside crew members.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.

Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.

Comfortable working around fryers and hot kitchen equipment.

Ability to stand for extended periods.
