Process Technician (3rd Shift)

Job Description

Responsibilities

Perform all mold service activities including lockout, dissemble, clean and assembly molds, perform connections, use mold set-up sheets

Train and assist in mold set-ups.

Adjust systems, switches, safety and pressures; properly connect power, knockout and core sequence.

Perform Total Productive Maintenance tasks and Lockout/tag out process on injection molding machinery

Perform 6s duties assigned or as needed

Perform start-ups, set-ups and shutdowns

Communicate well with associates, coordinators, suppliers and customers
