Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

A leading company specializing in vehicle and equipment maintenance is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic. This full-time role is based in Spring, TX, and requires candidates to live within a 30-minute radius. The company offers a vehicle and tools for work, supporting ongoing facility management and repairs.

Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities:

Manage the mechanical and electrical upkeep of multiple wash locations, including repairs and preventive maintenance.

Schedule and coordinate repairs and projects, ensuring timely completion.

Order parts and maintain stock levels for ongoing maintenance tasks.

Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns with effective repairs.

Record maintenance activities and repairs using a computerized management system or spreadsheets.

Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

At least five years of experience in industrial or commercial maintenance and repair.

Strong troubleshooting abilities for electrical and mechanical systems.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders comfortably.

Experience working with 480-volt electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting; welding skills are a plus.
