Responsibilities will vary based on experience and skill level, but may include:

Perform vehicle inspections and Multi-Point Inspections (MPI)

Complete routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, filters, and fluid services

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns

Perform brake, suspension, steering, engine, transmission, and HVAC repairs

Utilize Ford diagnostic equipment and service information

Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation

Follow all Ford and dealership quality standards

Keep work area clean, organized, and safe

Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer serviceQualificationsEntry-Level Technicians

Basic automotive knowledge or technical school education preferred

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Positive attitude and team-first mentalityExperienced Technicians

Previous automotive repair experience

Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently

ASE Certifications are a plus

Ford experience is preferred but not requiredMaster Technicians

Extensive diagnostic and repair experience

ASE Master Certification and/or Ford Senior/Master Certification preferred

Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills

Ability to mentor and assist fellow techniciansWhat We Offer
