About the Role:

As a RN Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for:

Administrative Responsibilities:

Overseeing the management of nursing staff, including supervision, evaluation, and development

Coordinating patient care activities, including scheduling, bed management, and staff assignment

Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and care coordination

Clinical Responsibilities:

Providing direct patient care as needed, utilizing your exceptional nursing skills and judgment

Developing and implementing patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

Monitoring and evaluating patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as necessary

Leadership Responsibilities:
