About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney – Litigation to join a Denver-based law firm. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience with exposure to insurance defense, personal injury, insurance coverage, construction, premises liability, or bad-faith matters.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims.

Handle litigation involving personal injury, construction, premises liability, insurance coverage, and bad-faith disputes.

Take and defend depositions.

Draft dispositive motions, pleadings, and insurance coverage opinions.

Attend court hearings and other legal proceedings.

Conduct Examinations Under Oath (EUOs).

Perform legal research and prepare case strategies.

Manage assigned matters effectively from investigation through resolution.

Required Qualifications

JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Active Colorado Bar license — Mandatory.

3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm.

Experience in insurance defense, personal injury, insurance coverage, or bad-faith litigation strongly preferred.

Must be local to the Denver, Colorado area and able to work 100% onsite.

No relocation candidates.

Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
