USB/PCIe Technology work experience with strong experience in embedded systems and device driver development.

The role involves working on low-speed and high-speed peripheral subsystems such as USB, PCIe, UART, SPI, and I2C, supporting customer hardware bring-up, and debugging complex driver issues on multiprocessor ASIC platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Debug and resolve issues related toUSB and PCIe during design reviews and customer hardware bring-up.

Providecustomer support for HW bring-up onmultiprocessor and multithreaded ASIC platforms.

Develop, debug, and maintaindevice drivers for standard peripheral interfaces, including:

USB

PCIe

Analyze and fixcomplex driver-level issues reported by customers.

Collaborate with hardware, firmware, validation, and cross-functional teams to ensure robust peripheral functionality

Participate in design reviews, root cause analysis, and technical documentation.

Skills & Experience:

3-6 years of experience in embedded systems development

Hands-on experience in device driver development on one or more operating systems, including RTOS or other embedded operating systems

Strong proficiency in C programming

Solid understanding of microprocessor and multiprocessor architectures

Good knowledge of real-time/embedded programming concepts and RTOS fundamentals

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Ability to independently debug complex issues, multitask, and work in a customer-facing technical role.

Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.

OR

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience

OR

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.

1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

• 1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with debugging techniques.
