Overview

We are seeking a Lead Python Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Python and modern frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI, along with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. The role requires experience developing RESTful APIs, integrating frontend and backend components, working with databases, and building secure, scalable, and maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

Develop RESTful APIs and seamlessly integrate frontend and backend components.

Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Contribute to technical design and architectural decisions for full-stack applications.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of professional software development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Python and one or more frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
