Cannabis Advisor (Part-Time)

Simply Pure Trenton is seeking a Part-Time Cannabis Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and help create a welcoming, educational retail experience.\n As one of New Jersey's first Black-owned, social equity dispensaries, we're rooted in community, education, and inclusion.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong retail, hospitality, or sales background who enjoys connecting with people and delivering great service.\n This is an entry-level role.

Cannabis experience is not required—we will train the right candidate.\n \n What You'll Do\n Deliver friendly, engaging, and personalized customer service\n Educate customers on cannabis products and make recommendations based on their needs\n Accurately process transactions using the POS system\n Assist with order fulfillment, packaging, and inventory organization\n Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment\n Follow all SOPs and compliance regulations\n Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture\n \n What We're Looking For\n People who genuinely enjoy helping customers and building relationships\n Individuals who are reliable, coachable, and team-oriented\n Strong communicators who can learn quickly and adapt\n \n If you have a strong customer service background and want to grow in the cannabis industry, we want to hear from you.
