Make an impact.\n We are searching for a smart, driven and entrepreneurial leader to take ownership of a successful, established local business operation.\n This is a unique opportunity for an up-and-coming professional who wants more than a traditional management job.

You’ll have the autonomy to lead a team, manage the P&L, improve operations, develop new business and identify commercial real estate opportunities that can fuel future growth.\n WHAT YOU’LL DO\n Lead the Operation – Manage and develop a team of approximately 10 employees while overseeing financial performance, reporting, vendors, customer service and day-to-day operations.\n Grow the Business – Spend approximately 20–25% of your time developing relationships with property owners and businesses, pursuing new customers and identifying real estate that could be acquired, leased or converted into profitable parking locations.\n Own the Customer Experience – Stay close to the operation.

Make sure locations look great, pricing is right, equipment and apps work properly, and customers consistently receive exceptional service.\n WHO WE WANT\n We’re looking for someone with 3–7 years of progressive business experience who is ready for more responsibility.\n You should be:\n • Entrepreneurial and business-minded\n • Comfortable leading and holding people accountable\n • Able to understand revenue, expenses, margins and ROI\n • Familiar with commercial real estate, property management, operations, hospitality or a similar business\n • Comfortable developing relationships and pursuing new opportunities\n • Hands-on, resourceful and willing to get out into the market\n • Someone who naturally asks, “How can we make this business better and bigger?”\n A college degree is optional.
