Entry-Level Rotation Program (Clean Energy)\n \n Location: Springfield, IL (hybrid)\n Salary: $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience\n Type: Full-time Two-year rotational program\n \n About us\n We develop, build, own and operate renewable energy projects across the United States, with a portfolio covering utility-scale solar, wind and battery energy storage (BESS). Illinois sits at the crossroads of America's two largest grid regions and has committed to a fully clean power sector, making it one of the most interesting energy markets in the country.

From our Springfield office, this program develops the people we expect to help lead that transition.\n \n The program\n This is a two-year, full-time rotational position for early-career professionals who want to see the whole clean energy business before choosing a specialty.

You will complete three eight-month rotations across our core functions, matched to your interests and strengths:\n\n Development: siting, permitting, interconnection and the commercial groundwork that takes a project from map to shovel-ready\n Engineering & Construction: technical design, contractor coordination and delivering projects in the field\n Finance & Asset Management: investment analysis, project finance and the commercial performance of our operating fleet\n You will finish the program with a permanent placement on the team where you have found the strongest fit, carrying a network and a company-wide understanding that most professionals take years to build.\n\n \n What you will do\n\n Join each team as a full contributor, with real deliverables and ownership from your first week\n Support live projects through analysis, modeling, applications, technical reviews and site visits across the Midwest\n Present your work to senior leadership at the end of each rotation\n Learn directly from experienced developers, engineers and financiers, with a dedicated mentor throughout\n Build the cross-functional fluency that accelerates careers in this industry\n\n \n What we are looking for\n\n A bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, economics, finance, business or a related field\n A demonstrated interest in clean energy and the transition to a decarbonized grid\n Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, spreadsheets and learning new tools\n Clear communication and the confidence to work across every part of a business\n Adaptability: three rotations mean three new teams, new problems and steep learning curves\n Authorization to work in the United States\n No prior energy experience is required.

Internships, research or campus involvement that show initiative are a plus.
