This allows you to have the support of a large national brand but experience a close-knit, clinician-first culture that values respect, growth, and enjoyment at work.\n \n At FYZICAL Brenham, you will provide 1-on-1 care, providing the flexibility to plan your rehabilitative programs and personalize patient improvement progress.

Our clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art balance equipment including Solo-Step® overhead support systems, and others to identify and treat vestibular dysfunctions.\n \n Job Responsibilities:\n\n Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care\n Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatment\n Collaborate with and supervise PTAs as appropriate\n Complete timely and accurate documentation\n Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness\n Measure and track intervention effectiveness.\n\n \n Required Skills and Qualifications:\n\n Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.\n Graduate of an accredited PT program.\n Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.\n A strong passion for working with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patients\n A clinician with a cheerful, compassionate, and patient-centered approach\n Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn.\n\n \n What We offer:\n\n Competitive salary, based on experience\n 401(k) matching\n Health insurance stipend\n Paid time off\n Continuing education support\n\n
