Main duties of the Technical Services Manager include:

Strategically developing, training and assisting a national team of Field Service Engineers

Aiding/servicing all major customers thru technical support

Develop new training programs for the Field Engineers

Use technical, hands-on expertise to assist the Field Engineers in capital equipment installation, set-up and maintenance projects

Travel, roughly 30% of the time, to immediately assist key customers

Act as the face/voice of the company on customer service issues

Qualifications include:

Exceptional leadership and training/development skills

Highly technical background- ideally with knowledge of hydraulic, press, pump or pneumatic systems

Electrical (PLC) skills are strongly desired

Ability to travel, including overseas
