Electrical Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

Lead electrical engineering teams supporting data center cooling products.

Oversee design, testing, NPI, product transfers, and sustaining engineering.

Ensure compliance with UL, CSA, CE, NEC, and industry standards.

Partner with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to solve technical issues.

Approve designs, BOMs, schematics, and engineering documentation.

Drive Lean initiatives to improve quality, cost, and efficiency.

Hire, coach, and develop engineering talent.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

10+ years of engineering experience.

5+ years of leadership experience.

Experience in data centers, HVAC, industrial power, telecom, or cooling systems preferred.

Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical, CREO, UL/CSA standards, and manufacturing processes.
