Job Summary
Seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support its Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform within a secure FedRAMP-authorized environment.
The ideal candidate will have advanced hands-on ServiceNow development experience, strong platform expertise, experience with enterprise integrations and workflows, and a solid understanding of secure development practices in regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement, and enhance ServiceNow applications, integrations, workflows, and custom solutions.
Develop secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions following ServiceNow and enterprise development standards.
Apply secure development practices and FedRAMP compliance requirements.
Troubleshoot complex platform issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and resolve performance and technical defects.
Collaborate with architects, project managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technical teams.
Participate in code reviews and maintain development quality standards.
Support monthly releases, regression testing, UAT, and platform stability activities.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, workflows, test scripts, requirements, and architectural artifacts.
Mentor junior developers and agency development teams on ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.
Follow platform governance, security requirements, and enterprise/agency development responsibilities.
Stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and industry best practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement, modernization, coding standards, and development methodologies.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification or equivalent relevant ServiceNow certification.

Experience supporting complex enterprise ServiceNow workflows and integrations.
Experience with release management, regression testing, and UAT.
Strong understanding of secure development practices in regulated environments such as FedRAMPC High.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred / Desired Qualifications
ServiceNow CAD certification.
ServiceNow CIS or other module-specific/developer-adjacent certification.
Experience working in government or other highly regulated environments.
Experience supporting enterprise Service Management platforms.
Experience mentoring developers and working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

No remote or hybrid option
Work will be performed within a FedRAMP-regulated ServiceNow environment
Candidates must be able to work on-site for the duration of the engagement.
