Job Title - End User Computing (EUC) Engineer

Job Summary

Experience in designing and implementing end-user computing technologies in a large-scale enterprise environment

Experience designing for Windows, Mac, Android, Apple, etc.

Experience with SCCM, WorkSpaceOne and others

Engineer packages and deployments of system image and end user device software via SCCM/WorkSpaceOne and others

Experience with InTune, AutoPilot, Imprivata and etc.

Experience in Windows 10 and Active Directory

Planning, initiation and execution of complex End User Computing projects including a rolling cycle of Windows 10 upgrades

Setup/Support/Maintenance of all Computers and Phone including Hardware/Software/Applications

Utilizing software deployment tools and OS imaging tools such as SCCM and Workspace One

Experience supporting a hybrid cloud environment including Windows, Azure, O365, OneDrive for Business and Office 365 Admin Centers

Experience with VDI management and implementing in the cloud

Automate tasks by scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, batch)

Perform product analysis, quality assurance, troubleshooting and support
