PCB Design Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Server/PCB Design Engineer with strong experience in high-performance computing, datacenter, or OCP platforms and hands-on server-class board design.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

Design and develop high-performance server boards involving NPU, GPU, custom silicon, and high-speed/high-power hardware.

Strong hands-on experience with PCIe Gen5/Gen6, LPDDR5/LPDDR6, USB 3.x, Ethernet, M.2, U.2, MCIO/HSIO, CSI/DSI.

Strong knowledge of Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), power management, and server architecture.

Experience with schematic capture, PCB design, stack-up, controlled impedance routing, and design validation.

Hands-on experience with board bring-up, debugging, high-speed interface validation, troubleshooting, and failure analysis.

Experience using OrCAD, Dx Designer, CAD/EDA tools.

Proficiency with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, function/signal generators, and electronic loads.

Experience taking products from requirements and circuit design through prototyping, validation, release, and maintenance.

Strong technical documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Background: Server hardware, datacenter, HPC, OCP, semiconductor/custom silicon, NPU/GPU, or high-speed computing platforms.
