DC, $100K - $120K Base salary plus bonus.
This is a very exciting opportunity for a high caliber Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations for an established entertainment and hospitality venue in DC.
The Executive Chef will have responsibility for $25M + revenue generated from F&B and entertainment sales.
Experience with multiple concepts, conventions, banquets/events and meeting space will be a huge plus.
This is a high visibility, high profile position that requires exemplary culinary leadership, strong HR/people skills and P&L results.
The Executive Chef will establish standards for menu content and oversee all aspects of execution.
Experience with preventive maintenance plans, sanitation, high volume and high production kitchens will be a plus.
