Senior Software Engineer (Scale-Up Phase / Air Defence Command

We are growing our team for the next phase of our strategic defense industry project, further strengthening our position in the sector through our newly renewed long-term contract and are looking for Senior Software Engineers based in Ankara.

Technical Requirements

B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field

8+ years of proven experience in software development

Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.

Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework development.

RESTful API design and integration (XML, JSON, etc.)

Extensive experience with Angular (v10+) and TypeScript. Experience with React is also considered valuable.

Experience with ORM frameworks and concepts, including concurrency management, loading strategies, validation, and caching.

Experience with source control and configuration management tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, TFS, ClearCase).

Familiarity with Continuous Integration and DevOps concepts

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Ability to perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Experience with front-end architecture, component-based development.

Experience with defence projects compliant with IEEE 12207

WCF services implementation

Key-value stores (HBase, Cassandra, Redis, etc.)

Messaging queue technologies (RabbitMQ, MSMQ, etc.)

Responsibilities

Analyze user requirements and create software specifications

Actively participate in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications

Design and document technical solutions

Develop and maintain applications in line with Atos processes and industry standards

Perform unit testing, code reviews, and refactoring

Support release deployments and resolve post-production issues

Participate actively in team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and technical discussions.

Provide timely support to customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions

Write clear technical documentation and present complex information effectively
