Job Opportunity: Production Quality Technician - Food Manufacturing with Ditsch USA at the Kemper Location in Cincinnati, OH

Ditsch USA is looking for Quality Control Technicians to join our team at the Kemper location in Cincinnati, OH. Openings are available on 1st shift and 2nd shift. This is a great opportunity for someone with food manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, food production, inspection, or quality experience who enjoys staying active, following processes, and helping ensure products meet quality and food safety standards.

Pay: $22 - $24/hour

Schedule:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Thursday with Fridays as needed

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM / 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM, Monday-Thursday with Fridays as needed

Location: Kemper location Cincinnati, Ohio 45246

What You’ll Do

You’ll spend your time on the production floor helping ensure Ditsch USA products meet quality, safety, packaging, and customer standards.

Inspect products throughout the production process

Check product weights, temperatures, appearance, packaging, and labels

Complete quality checks and record results

Verify products meet company and customer requirements

Identify quality concerns and communicate issues to the production team

Review production paperwork for accuracy

Support food safety and quality standards throughout the facility

Work closely with production employees to help maintain product consistency

Great Backgrounds for This Position

You may be a fit if you’ve worked as a Production Associate, Manufacturing Associate, Machine Operator, Packaging Associate, Food Production Worker, Warehouse Associate, Assembly Technician, Quality Inspector, Production Technician, or Material Handler.

Previous quality experience is helpful but not required. Training is available for the right candidate.
