Skilled Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, hard-working Skilled Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of tasks ranging from basic construction and maintenance to complex repairs, to ensure the smooth operation of our projects. This position works within a team as well as independently, and must possess the necessary skills and knowledge to complete assigned tasks.

Skilled Laborer Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform basic construction, maintenance, and repair work

Follow established safety rules and regulations

Setup and breakdown of work areas

Operate power and hand tools

Load and unload materials

Perform general clean-up and other assigned duties

Skilled Laborer Requirements and Qualifications:

Shotcrete

Plaster finishes, Pebble Tec, StoneScapes

Knowledge of basic construction and maintenance techniques

Able to use power and hand tools

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Physical stamina and strength lift 80 lbs

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable transportation

Prior background in general construction, hardscapes, or heavy manual labor.

Interest or basic experience in traditional automotive mechanics or turning wrenches

Valid driver's license.(Not required, but a plus)

CDL driver's license (Not required, but a plus)
