$6,000 Sign-On Bonus – Full-Time

Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll work closely with our nursing team to provide compassionate, hands-on care to our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

Help residents with meals and hydration as needed

Take and record vital signs and report changes or concerns to the nursing team

Assist with repositioning, transfers, and mobility while maintaining resident safety

Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship

Maintain residents' dignity, privacy, comfort, and independence

Communicate effectively with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary care team

Follow facility policies, infection-control practices, and safety procedures

Qualifications

Current, active North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing experience preferred
