What You’ll Do
Provide direct resident care in accordance with CNA scope of practice
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Measure and document vital signs and resident observations
Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Support mobility, transfers, and safety
Document care accurately and timely
Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Active CNA certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, dependable mindset
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
