We are seeking an organized Construction Project Manager to join our team. In this position, you will work with various professionals in organizing and controlling project activities.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

Oversee all onsite and offsite construction projects

Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors

Review the work progress on a daily basis

Prepare internal and external job status reports

Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks

Requirements

Proven experience in construction management

Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods

Understanding of all facets of the construction process

Familiarity with construction management software packages and reporting

Competency in conflict and crisis management

Leadership and human resources management skills

Excellent time and project management skills

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or proven field experience related to it
