We work on Molds for the Plastic Industry. Specifically vacuum and thermorforming molds. We work with aluminum, wood and polyboards to make tooling. All of our molds are one of a kind. So we don't produce 1000 parts of the same thing over and over. We see all types of molds for different industries like Aerospace, Automotive, Shipping trays, and display trays. All types of plastics Industries. YOU CAN VISIT to see molds we build and learn more about our company.

We are seeking a Mold Maker- Job Shop- Machine Shop to join our team! You will be in the shop learning multiple skills:

If you are lacking skills, we are willing to teach if you want to learn.

Responsibilities:

Operate machine tools - Hand drills, Air grinders, and other air tools to work on the molds

You will learn to solder copper to copper and copper to stainless steel

All Variety of Machine shop work like: drilling and tapping holes,sandblasting, welding, fabrication of molds etc.

Manual machining on molds and using different types of Job Shop equipment

We have manual mills, band saws cnc machines welders, grinders and other types of Job shop equipment

Welding experience is a plus but not required

Qualifications:

Previous experience in machinery or other related fields

Familiarity machine tools and equipment

A willingness to learn new skills

We have been in business since 1990 and are one of the premium mold makers for the plastic industry.

We make molds for plastic industry, mainly the vacuum forming industry thin and thick gauge. We work with epoxy boards, woods and aluminum materials. We are not a production shop. Every mold is unique and permanent. Also make molds for rotational and blow molding industries.
