Role: Mid Level Clinical Product Owner

Experience: 3–4 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a Clinical Product Owner – II with strong Healthcare and Product Ownership experience to support clinical or revenue-cycle applications and workflows.

The Clinical Product Owner will own the product backlog, requirements, adoption, and value realization for clinical or revenue-cycle applications. This role will bridge clinical operations, application analysts, trainers, and managed-service teams to ensure solutions are safe, usable, compliant, and operationally sustainable .

Key Responsibilities

Capture, prioritize, and document clinical, revenue-cycle, and patient-care workflow requirements

Translate requirements into workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Partner with physicians, nurses, ancillary departments, and operational leaders to validate workflow fit and readiness

Support EHR/application configuration, reporting, training, security, and downtime procedures

Coordinate with Epic/Application Analysts, QA, Release Management, and Service Desk teams for go-live and steady-state support

Monitor adoption, defects, patient-safety impacts, and service trends

Identify and prioritize backlog items that reduce operational friction and riskIndependently handle common incidents, service requests, and standard changes

Coordinate with adjacent teams and vendors on medium-complexity initiatives

Support and drive Agile ceremonies when required

Required Skills & Experience

3–4 years of relevant experience

Strong Healthcare/Clinical workflow knowledge

Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment

Strong understanding of EHR/Healthcare applications

Experience gathering and translating business/clinical requirements

Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills

Healthcare compliance awareness

Ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and technical audiences

Basic project management experience

Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Informatics, Business, or Information Systems

Epic/Application certification is desirable

Clinical licensure is a plus

Experience supporting go-live and steady-state application operations
