What Will You Enjoy Doing

Truck Drivers check-in.

Part of customer service to ensure shipping on time

Preparing finished product to ship to customer

Adheres to performance standards in quality and quantity (Checking for damages as well as count)

Following warehouse receiving and shipping procedures

Accurately records and stores raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse

Accurately handles and records all corrugated and plastic packaging products from receipt to storage and then to production

Ensures good housekeeping within the warehouse

Ensure adherence to all safety practice like but not limited to:

Forklift and dock doors safety check lists.

Ensure usage of proper PPE

Communicate any unsafe conditions or behavior.

Adherence to golden safety rules.

Performance Metrics:

Number of Accidents, Near Misses, Observations of unsafe conditions/behaviors.

Inventory Accuracy.

Cycle Counting targets.

Warehouse Inspection Score (safety and housekeeping).

On time deliveries.

Reports

Correct Shipment (correct quantity/right time)

Qualifications and Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience in general warehousing, manufacturing or distribution preferred

Experience with Forklift/Clamp Truck machinery preferred

Safety awareness and quality consciousness
