A dedicated and detail-oriented MT/MLT is needed to join our laboratory team in Bancroft, Idaho. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced clinical setting, performing essential diagnostic testing to support patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests in hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and immunology.

Analyze specimens and ensure accurate and timely test results.

Operate and maintain state-of-the-art laboratory equipment.

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.

Follow all quality control protocols and regulatory standards.

Maintain thorough documentation and adhered to laboratory safety procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in medical technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.

ASCP or AMT certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) is required.

Idaho state licensure (or eligibility to obtain).

Experience in a clinical laboratory is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
