Construction Operations Manager Columbus, Ohio Up to $180,000

Renewyx has partnered with a national concrete and structural contractor supporting the search for a newly created Operations Manager role based in Columbus, Ohio.

This organization places more than 100 million square feet of concrete annually across industrial, healthcare, education and data center projects, and is growing its Columbus operations team as a result.

The role:

The Operations Manager will supervise and develop the project team, set the overall project plan, and take ownership of communicating status to stakeholders. The role also manages manpower allocation and maintains the customer relationship throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll bring:

10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management

Experience managing commercial or industrial projects valued over $1 million

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues directly with client management

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering

Proficiency across Word, Excel and Outlook

What's on offer:

$120,000 to $180,000 base salary, depending on experience

Permanent position, on site in Columbus, Ohio

Truck allowance and gas card included

Annual profit share, paid each March
