Key Responsibilities

Support the Regional MP&L team (USA, Canada, and Mexico) with data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Analyze customs and inventory data to support compliance requirements and process improvements.

Prepare and maintain structured datasets in Excel to support business decisions.

Assist in developing dashboards, templates, and standardized reports for recurring analytics.

Work with customs brokers and analyze ACE and broker reports to provide monthly updates.

Respond to USMCA and customs compliance-related inquiries.

Support OEM customer requests and USMCA compliance activities in collaboration with the external compliance team.

Assist with the classification of purchased parts, manufactured parts, and finished goods.

Conduct weekly follow-up meetings with the external compliance team regarding open and pending items.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and similar data analysis or transformation tools.

Ability to combine, reconcile, and analyze data from multiple sources.

Familiarity with logistics, customs, and trade compliance data.

Ability to communicate findings clearly through written reports and visual presentations.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, business, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

2 to 3 years of experience in customs, trade compliance, logistics, or supply chain environment, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
