What You'll Be Doing: In this role, you'll play a key part in patient care by collecting, processing, and analyzing various biological samples like blood, urine, and tissue. You'll operate and maintain advanced laboratory equipment, ensuring that results are accurate and reliable. Performing routine tests that assist doctors in diagnosing and treating patients will be at the heart of your day-to-day, and we trust that you'll keep everything organized, documented, and compliant with all relevant regulations.

What We're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you'll need an associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Technology, Biology, or a related field. Recent graduates or students close to finishing their MLT program are encouraged to apply! Certification through ASCP, AMT, or a similar organization is preferred, but we're also happy to support you as you work towards obtaining it.

We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for teamwork. Communication is key, and being comfortable with computers for lab reporting and data entry is important.
