2nd Shift Packer - New Albany

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a 2nd Shift Packer to work with Bright International in New Albany. This full-time, in-person role offers hands-on experience in the assembly and packaging of high-quality beauty products in a factory and warehouse setting.

Shift Patterns

Monday through Friday, 3PM to 11PM with a 30 Minute Lunch

Optional overtime available on Saturday and Sunday

Pay Rates

14.75 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for 2nd Shift Packer

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Dependable and detail-focused

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or factory environment

Ability to commute to New Albany, OH 43054

Desirable requirements for 2nd Shift Packer

Previous assembly or production experience is a plus

Role for 2nd Shift Packer

Work on a production line to assemble, inspect, and pack beauty products

Perform quality control checks to meet brand standards

Maintain speed and precision to meet daily production targets

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth factory operations

Follow all safety and cleanliness standards in a warehouse setting
