A high-volume quick-service restaurant in Hilliard is hiring an Assistant General Manager to run shifts and grow into the top role.

What You'll Do

• Run opening and closing shifts as manager on duty

• Lead a team of 20 to 30 hourly employees through peak volume

• Hold speed of service, order accuracy and food quality every shift

• Manage shift labor, cash handling and daily deposits

• Support ordering, inventory counts and waste control

• Coach and develop shift leads into the next level

• Keep food safety and cleanliness audit ready

What We Need

• 2+ years as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager or above in quick service or fast casual

• Track record running a shift on your own

• Comfort with labor and food cost numbers

• ServSafe certification, or willing to certify within 30 days

• Available nights, weekends and holidays

• Reliable transportation

Bonus Points For

• Chicken, burger or high-volume drive-thru background

• Experience training new hires and building a bench

• Familiarity with the Columbus area
