Summary:

Job Summary

This role is responsible for delivering outcomes associated with the Manufacturing Startup Leader position in a major FMCG brownfield manufacturing project.

Key Responsibilities

Lead startup, operational readiness, 4M readiness and technology transfer activities.

Develop and execute startup and ramp-up plans.

Provide manufacturing input into design and implementation.

Lead operator training, qualification and SOP deployment.

Coordinate Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain readiness.

Drive issue resolution during startup and stabilization.

Success Measures

Successful startup execution.

4M readiness completed.

Technology transfer completed successfully.

Training and qualification targets achieved.

OEE, quality and production targets achieved.
