Seasons at Sandpoint is hiring a Maintenance Part-Time person to help maintain the beautiful resort on nine acres of lakeshore. The areas to be maintained include the Retreat building, exterior and interior common areas, beach, pool, hot tub, marina, public spaces, exteriors grounds, storage areas and garage. Additionally, the Maintenance Person will ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained. This position may fill in for property watch as needed.

At least 2 years of general maintenance skills a must.

Must have great communication skills and be a team player.

Pool and hot tub maintenance experience is helpful.

Must be able to pass a background check.
