What We’re Looking For:

Current and valid ODE Paraprofessional certification is required

Prior experience in a school setting or with high school-age students preferred

Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude

Patience, adaptability, and a genuine interest in enhancing educational outcomes for diverse learners

Ability to start as soon as possible and commit through June 22, 2026

Responsibilities Include:

Supporting classroom teachers and special education staff to deliver individualized instruction

Assisting students with daily classroom activities, assignments, and social interactions

Monitoring student progress and providing feedback as part of a multidisciplinary team

Helping to maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

Ensuring compliance with all school policies, classroom routines, and confidentiality protocols
