At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Compounder to work with a leading company in the manufacturing sector in New Albany.

Shift Patterns

12-hour weekend shift, 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Pay Rates

20.00 - 24.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

Experience working in a manufacturing, mixing, or production environment.

Ability to follow detailed work instructions, formulas, recipes, or production specifications.

Experience operating production, manufacturing, or processing equipment.

Basic math skills to measure, calculate, verify quantities, or complete production-related tasks.

Experience using forklift and material handling equipment.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience documenting production data, batch records, or inventory transactions.

Proven ability to work in an environment where accuracy and attention to detail are critical to quality and compliance.

Comfortable lifting, moving, and handling raw materials or finished products.

Experience with inventory control, material staging, or product transfers in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while meeting quality and safety standards.

Role Responsibilities

Follow precise formulas and recipes to compound materials.

Operate and monitor production and manufacturing equipment.

Maintain accurate batch records and production documentation.

Perform material handling, staging, and inventory transfers.

Ensure all tasks meet safety and quality compliance standards.
