Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and daily living assistance to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom

Assist with medication management and administration as needed

Help clients with meal preparation, laundry, and household chores

Encourage and facilitate socialization and recreational activities to promote client engagement and well-being

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Monitor and report client status and concerns to management and healthcare professionals

Maintain a safe and clean home environment for clients

Work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, to ensure 24/7 coverage

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience working with vulnerable populations, such as seniors or individuals with disabilities, preferred

Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
