A growing and innovative organization in the Dublin area is seeking a dependable Staff Accountant to support its accounting operations during an important period of transition. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Accountant who enjoys stepping into a fast paced environment, bringing organization to financial processes, and making an immediate impact. The Staff Accountant will play a key role in maintaining the flow of day to day accounting transactions while working alongside a collaborative team that values accuracy and efficiency.

This role is ideal for an Accountant who is confident managing both payables and receivables while ensuring financial activity is recorded accurately and processed on time. The organization is looking for an Accountant who can quickly get up to speed, take ownership of core accounting tasks, and help keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activity, processing approximately 50 to 80 transactions per month

• Enter and track incoming receipts to ensure accurate financial records

• Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payment status, and account questions

• Process day to day accounting transactions using QuickBooks Online

• Maintain organized records and ensure transactions are recorded with a high level of accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Ability to step in quickly and work independently with minimal supervision

• Prior experience working in accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a busy environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with QuickBooks Online
