Enterprise Medical is partnering with a highly respected, mission?driven healthcare network in Bakersfield, California, to welcome Primary Care physicians to join its growing outpatient practices across multiple communities.

Position Highlights:

Outpatient Primary Care with Monday-Friday schedule - no weekends and no call

Work alongside an excellent support team, including Medical Assistants, nursing staff, and an on?site health center manager

Integrated care model offering medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and preventive services

Compensation & Benefits

Robust base salary of $275,000 plus $50K sign-on bonus and $60K retention bonus paid over 3 years
